Larry Richards presents at Altru on Guardianship Law

On April 22, 2016 in the old Rehab Building on the campus of Altru Health System, Larry teamed up with RaeAnn Johnson, who is a North Dakota caseworker with Vulnerable Adult Protective Services, to give a presentation to social workers employed by Altru Health Systems in Grand Forks on vulnerable adults and guardianship law. Larry focused his presentation on the court procedures necessary to obtain both a permanent and temporary adult guardianship in North Dakota. Larry also discussed on the availability as well as the practical limitations of the program offered by the State of North Dakota which pays for the establishment of guardianship for indigent adults.
